Role:

We are looking for a star backend engineer—someone who has consistently been a top performer and is eager to level up by working with a fast-paced team on leading-edge technology. 

What You’ll Work On

• Building a highly performant, resilient enterprise product that scales to thousands of enterprise customers.
• Analyzing complex business and engineering challenges and developing innovative solutions.
• Designing scalable data stores to process massive datasets efficiently.
• Developing and optimizing large-scale data integrations to expand our integration ecosystem.
• Solving challenges across both backend and frontend, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in marketing analytics. 

What We’re Looking For

• Expert-level proficiency in Python, Django, Kafka, RDBMS, and columnar data stores.
• Strong experience working in an AWS environment with bare-metal EC2 instances.
• Proven ability to handle large event data streams, leveraging advanced data analytics and AI with near real-time performance expectations.
• Passion for solving scalable, high-performance engineering problems with a data-driven mindset.
